Wray & Nephew White Rum Mojito

Where are the lovers of white rum? Here is classic Wray and Nephew White Rum Mojito, with just a few simple ingredients, this cocktail is easy to make at home and is the perfect balance of sweet, tart, and minty freshness.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Wray and Nephew White Rum
• 1.5 oz simple syrup
• 3/4 oz lime juice
• 6-8 mint leaves
• Soda water
• Ice

Instructions:

1. In a tall glass, add the mint leaves, lime juice and simple syrup.
2. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently muddle the mint leaves to release their oils.
3. Add ice to the glass, filling it about halfway.
4. Pour in the Wray and Nephew White Rum and give it a quick stir.
