Delivery Information
We are proud to provide a competitive delivery service. We partner with reliable and trustworthy couriers who all ensure your parcel gets to you on time and with minimal hassle. All of our services are tracked and you will receive notifications about your delivery keeping you up-to-date.
Delivery service is subject to availability and limited to specific delivery zones. Orders must be scheduled in advance and require a two hour delivery window.
Free Delivery Offer
Free Delivery is available to customers who spend over JMD$20,000. Simply select the option on checkout and we'll deliver your order on our standard same day or next day service.
Signing For Delivery
The couriers we use will deliver goods to your door, currently, they will ask you to sign their dockets. The couriers are not permitted to enter your home or property. If someone is not present to sign for package, it will be returned to our warehouse.
