Watermelon Campari Cooler


Ingredients

  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • 3 tbsp Campari
  • 8 mint leaves, torn, plus extra
  • 475g cubed melon
  • Granulated sugar, for sprinkling

Method

In a bowl, combine the orange juice, Campari, and mint.
Add melon and any remaining melon juice and mix.
Place everything together in tumblers and garnish with mint leaves.
For frosted tumblers run the outside of tumblers under cold tap water to create frosted tumblers.
Sprinkle inside the rim of the tumbler with granulated sugar and place in freezer for about 30 minutes before serving.
